Welcome to the Statewide Online Education Program (SOEP)
Registering for Courses:
1. Log In to SEATS: Log In or Create an Account on SEATS.
2. Find courses: Submit your course request in SEATS, and select your Online Provider. This may take 3 business days to process.
3. Finalize Registration: Register for an account with the Online Provider to access your course if not done previously. (You will not be able to access your course until all steps are completed.)
