The Utah State Board of Education has launched its search for a new State Superintendent of Public Instruction to take the helm of Utah’s public education system upon Superintendent Dickson’s departure in June. The following timeline outlines key steps in the selection process:

  • Application Review by Board Selection Committee: April 15 - April 29
  • Interviewing Timeline (Tentative): May 12 - 16
  • Full Board Interviews of Final Candidates: June 5 - 6
