SOEP Concurrent Enrollment

Online Concurrent Enrollment (CE) Registration 

Public school students in grades 9-12 are eligible to take CE courses. To enroll in CE courses: 

  1. Request Courses in SEATS: Log in to the SEATS portal and request your desired CE courses
  2. Register with the Online Provider: Contact your chosen Online Provider directly to complete their specific registration and enrollment steps
  3. Complete the USHE Form: Fill out the Utah System of Higher Education (USHE) parent participation form. Be sure to indicate which Online Provider you are using for your CE courses
