Welcome to Educator Development

Overview

The Educator Development Team seeks to create statewide support for continuous educator growth that aligns with the Utah State Board of Education Strategic Plan and Professional Learning Standards. We help improve the quality of teaching and school leadership in Utah by providing effective professional learning opportunities as well as personalized Local Education Agency (LEA) support for improving and evaluating instructional practice.
