About the Data Agreement Repository

 

The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) Data Agreement Repository displays all contracts, interagency agreements, memoranda of understanding, and data sharing agreements -- collectively called "agreements" -- which involve the sharing of student data. The data agreement repository serves as USBE's metadata dictionary as defined in Utah Code 53E-9-301.

Agreements in the repository may apply to USBE, local education agencies (LEAs), or both. For a list of the agreements that are applicable to LEAs, view the Agreements for LEAs page.
