School LAND Trust Statute & Rule
The School LAND Trust Program is governed by Utah law and Utah State Board of Education administrative rule. USBE provides training, guidance, and resources to make program requirements easier to understand and apply. These resources are intended to support program participants but do not replace the requirements in statute and rule.
Schools, LEAs, councils, and other program participants are responsible for understanding and following the requirements that apply to their roles. Use the links below to access the current legal requirements.
