Charter School Directors and Principals play a critical role in ensuring that School LAND Trust funds are used in compliance with program code and rule to strengthen classroom instruction and improve student achievement. Working in partnership with their school’s Charter Council, they help identify specific student academic needs and strategically allocate School LAND Trust resources to address those needs effectively.
  • Assist the Council in developing the School LAND Trust Plan to improve student achievement.
  • Provide the Council with relevant school data and information to help identify academic needs and resource requirements.
  • Ensure that the School LAND Trust Plan is fully compliant with all program requirements and guidelines.
  • Oversee the effective and compliant use of School LAND Trust funds.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of School LAND Trust funded initiatives on student outcomes.
