Application, Business Analyst, and Desktop Support

The two Application/Business Analyst/Desktop Support Teams offer customer support for the systems, applications, and reports utilized by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) and Utah Local Education Agencies (LEAs). They provide documentation and testing for USBE developed applications. Members of these teams also provide desktop support for all agency provided software and equipment. They are the "go-to" people for questions about Student Data Systems, Educator and Financial Systems, and general IT assistance. Every application used at USBE has a support person assigned to help with any questions that may arise.

Help desk hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
