Description

Purpose

The general purpose of this agreement is to provide special education technical assistance activities along with salary, benefits, professional and technical services, travel, supplies and materials, and indirect costs as needed to Utah State University on behalf of the Center for Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education (TAESE).

Legal Authority

34 CFR § 99.31(a)(3), 34 CFR § 99.35, 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “Audit and Evaluation Exception” of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
