Description

Purpose

The purpose of this interagency agreement between the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) and Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) is for UETN to produce a bi-weekly short program to highlight and teach best practices for technology integration in the Utah classroom. With the new education technology competencies as a guide, UETN technology trainers lead viewers through identifying the competency, a highlight from a Utah classroom of that particular practice, and follow with practical resources on how to incorporate that strategy.

Legal Authority

34 CFR § 99.31(a), 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “School Official Exception” of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
