Overview
As part of federal regulations for special education, the Utah State Board of Education must post federally mandated reports regarding Annual Performance Reports (APR), State Performance Plan (SPP), State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP), and child counts of students with disabilities. This page contains those reports and Local Education Agency (LEA) timelines for reporting.
