Cindy Davis

Biography

1st term, elected in 2018

Cindy Davis is passionate about education. For 25 years she has worked with students and families as a classroom teacher, English department chair, administrator at the elementary, junior and senior high levels, and as special education director/south area schools in Alpine District. She is currently an adjunct professor of education at Utah Valley University supervising student teachers and interns who are launching their teaching careers in multiple school districts.

She serves on the Kennedy Center International Area Studies Advisory Board at Brigham Young University, the Competency-Based Learning Advisory Board for the Utah State Board of Education, and the Alpine District Community Council. Her favorite volunteer service is in the neighborhood schools where her children attend.

Cindy lives in Cedar Hills and enjoys working hard and playing hard with her husband and three children.
