Description

Purpose

The purpose of this contract between the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) and Alliance for Choice in Education dba ACE Scholarships is to provide Utah Fits All Scholarship Program Manager. The Utah Fits All Scholarship Program Manager is to administer the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program per Utah Code Annotated § 53F-6 Part 4.

Legal Authority

34 CFR § 99.30, 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b)(1), and 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b)(2)(A). This data sharing is permitted under the parent consent provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
