Description

Purpose

The purpose of this interagency agreement between the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) and Utah State University (USU) on behalf of The Center for Technical Assistance in Special Education (TAESE) is meant to provide explanations of proposed special education technical assistance activities along with salary, benefits, professional and technical services, travel, supplies and materials, and indirect costs as needed from Utah State University on behalf of the Center for Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education (TAESE).

34 CFR § 99.31(a)(3), 34 CFR § 99.35, 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “Audit and Evaluation Exception” of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
