Purpose

The purpose of this contract between the Utah State Board of Education and SRI International is to provide Evaluation services for the NSF grant for K-8 instructional material strand in STEM+CS RPPs.

34 CFR § 99.31(a)(3), 34 CFR § 99.35, 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “Audit and Evaluation Exception” of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
