Description

Purpose

The purpose of this interagency agreement between the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) and Ogden City School District is to run location analyses to help inform plans to replace old neighborhood schools. Ogden School District has over 2900 students attending 38 or more other LEA's. This does not include the students attending Weber School District that do not show up on the report. The above information is essential to know as we move forward with plans to replace old neighborhood schools.

Legal Authority

34 CFR § 99.31(a)(3), 34 CFR § 99.35, 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “Audit and Evaluation Exception” of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
