Description

Purpose

The purpose of this contract between the Utah State Board of Education and Nadean Lescoe SLP Services Inc. is to provide support to the Utah Assistive Technology Team that supports charter schools in Northern Utah. The Utah Assistive Technology Team that supports charter schools is made up of various related servers who do assessments for students with disabilities to make recommendations for assistive technology.

34 CFR § 99.31(a), 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “School Official Exception” of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
