The purpose of this contract between the Utah State Board of Education and ACT inc is to provide a college readiness assessment (the ACT) to students in Grade 11.

Establishes the requirement to adopt a college readiness assessment for secondary students that is the college readiness assessment most commonly submitted to local universities.
