The purpose of this external research sharing agreement between the Utah State Board of Education and Dr. Richard Sudweeks and David Simpson is to illustrate the value of the nonparametric difference score and nonparametric hierarchical linear modeling approaches to analyzing academic growth in state test data that has not been vertically scaled.
