Description

Purpose

The purpose of this contract between the Utah State Board of Education and Panorama Education is to provide the pilot of an early intervention program to help LEA’s identify students in need of early intervention through enhancements of the backpack data tool and through providing additional formative actionable data on student outcomes.

Legal Authority

34 CFR § 99.31(a), 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “School Official Exception” of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
