Description
Purpose
The general purpose of this contract is to provide a new adaptive testing system that
will build upon existing SAGE content and develop new content, as required, to provide
assessments to Utah students in Grades 3 through 8 to meet state and federal accountability
requirements.
Legal Authority
34 CFR § 99.31(a)(3), 34 CFR § 99.35, 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “Audit and Evaluation Exception” of the
Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
