Purpose

The general purpose of this contract between the Utah State Board of Education and Illuminate Evaluation Services is to provide an evaluation of the Interventions for Reading Difficulties Pilot Program.

Legal Authority

34 CFR § 99.31(a)(3), 34 CFR § 99.35, 20 U.S. Code § 1232g(b). This data sharing is permitted under the “Audit and Evaluation Exception” of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
