Special Education Endorsement

These endorsement forms should only be used by individuals already licensed in Utah with a Speech-Language Pathology, Speech-Language Technician, or Special Education (K-12+) license area of concentration. If you are earning your initial licensure or an additional license area, please contact your university program or the ARL program.
