Driver Education

A candidate for the Driver Education Endorsement must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Driver Education Endorsement Application

2. On the endorsement checklist, mark the boxes with an "X" to indicate that the minimum requirement in each area has been met.

3. Attach a copy of your transcripts (original transcript for driver education courses) and highlight corresponding classes.
