Public Participation

The Board welcomes public participation during Board meetings. Citizens may speak to the Board when acknowledged and recognized by the Board Chair. Time for public participation and comment is designated on the regular board meeting agendas. Priority shall be given to those individuals or groups who, prior to the day of the meeting, have submitted a written request to address the Board, including a brief description of the issue to be addressed. A sign-up sheet will also be available at the Board meeting, and sign up must occur prior to the start of the meeting.
