Professional Development | Credit
The Utah State Office of Education’s OnTrack system is used statewide to manage, track and report teacher development.
One license point is awarded for each clock hour of participation. No credit cost to educator. Educators will need to defend the applicability of the activity to their professional responsibilities.
Utah State Office of Education (USOE) Credit
Eighteen license points = One semester hour credit. No credit cost to educator. Providers of the inservice credit have to get the activity pre-approved to determine if it meets the standards, which include support of the core curriculum.
Professional development events may offer University/College credit and the participant will be required to pay that institution’s recording fee to receive the credit.
